This will be an interesting activity. Its important to know if our textbook fits our students reading ability plus we need to know if its grade appropriate. We owe it to our students to be aware of our resources while teaching. We did alot of activities today. I enjoyed the brain teasers. Sometimes we make things harder than it should be. The activities were interesting because I became frustrated and I kept making the activity harder than it should. We all learn something new everyday!

The text book test is very interesting because it can help guage our comprehension of the passage. We can possibly detect which students are weak in comprehension, so maybe we can modify our lesson to ensure those students are kept in check.
